About Me

My name is Helen, I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist and Herbalist and am proudly a member of the FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners), mHM, CMA (Complementary Medical Association), and an active participant in Tai Chi groups. 

A Kinesiologist practitioner with years of experience in personalised nutrition and natural health.  I am passionate about helping my clients achieve balance, wellness, and vitality through tailored nutritional guidance. Our personalised approach ensures that every client receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive.

My Journey

My journey into the world of nutrition began over 3–4 years ago, and it has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. Under the guidance of the School of Health, I have continually advanced my knowledge and skills, and I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional development. I believe that understanding the complexities of nutrition is a lifelong journey, and I thrive on the opportunity to help others find clarity and healing through holistic practices.

My Experience

Working one-on-one with clients, both in person and online, has been a cornerstone of my practice. I take pride in offering an advanced, personalised approach to nutrition, understanding that every individual’s health journey is unique. While it’s hard work, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the positive impact nutrition can have on someone’s life.

Qualifications

I am fully registered and insured under UK law, with coverage provided by Balens insurance. My ongoing education has taken me to Level 6 in advanced nutrition, and I am continually expanding my services to reach a wider audience through online consultations and support.

My Motivation in Nutrition and Lifestyle

I am passionate about nutrition and lifestyle because I believe that the right choices can transform lives. I am dedicated to finding the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. I believe that true wellness comes from understanding the underlying factors that contribute to an individual’s health challenges. By taking a holistic approach, I work with clients to dig deeper into their dietary habits, lifestyle choices, and emotional well-being. 

My journey in the field of nutrition and lifestyle is driven by a profound commitment to understanding the intricate relationship between food, health, and overall well-being. From a young age, I have been fascinated by how dietary choices and lifestyle habits shape our physical and mental health. This curiosity was sparked by witnessing the impact of nutrition on my family and community, where I observed how both positive and negative dietary choices influenced health outcomes.

My studies have deepened my understanding of the science behind nutrition and its role in preventing chronic diseases, cardiovascular disease, metabolic imbalance, improving mental health, and fostering overall wellness.

 I am particularly interested in how lifestyle factors—such as physical activity, stress management, and sleep—interact with nutrition to affect health outcomes. This holistic approach to well-being resonates with my belief that true health encompasses not only physical nourishment but also mental and emotional balance.

 Ultimately, my goal is to make a meaningful contribution to the field of nutrition and lifestyles by helping individuals and communities adopt healthier habits.
